The In Good Hands Privacy Policy has been developed to inform you of the policies and practices regarding information collected on the site. Privacy and security concerns of our students and the general public who visit the site are of utmost importance.

Our web site includes areas in which personally identifying information can be provided. The Privacy Policy is in place to ensure that your personal information is not used improperly. The information is collected under the Canadian Privacy Act. The information we collect is required to process your registration and certification. The data collected forms a part of your student record.

Your registration in the In Good Hands course automatically indicates your agreement with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of any information submitted via this site is in accordance this Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION COLLECTED
Ingoodhands.ca collects and maintains certain personal information about you when you complete any of the In Good Hands online forms or send us email. Ingoodhands.ca does not purchase or otherwise obtain any supplemental personal information about you from any third parties.

YOUR EMAIL
If you communicate with us via email we may share your communications with our service representatives, and those employees or agents, most capable of addressing your questions or concerns.

We will use your return-mail address to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purposes and are not shared with third parties.

ONLINE SURVEYS
We may conduct opinion surveys occasionally. You will always be informed how the information will be used when it is collected from you.

COOKIES
A cookie is a small piece of non-executable data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Cookies do not damage your system. We use cookies to identify and personalize your setting on our website to give you a better visiting or studying experience.
